Springbook Townhomes

The Springbrook Townhome Community is located at the intersection of Farmington Lakes Drive and Fifth Street in Oswego Illinois. Building began in 2003 and completed late 2005.  The community has shopping galore, much within walking distance, 20 minutes from Fox valley and the Randall Road shopping area.  Springbrook is 15 minutes from the I-88 corridor and 20 minutes from I-55.  We have easy access to Downtown Chicago or both airports by auto or Train from Route 25 or Route 59 in Aurora.

Springbrook is in the Oswego School District 308.  Our walking and bike path connects to an extension of the Fox River Walk extending along the Fox River making some 30 miles of trail readily available.
